Having A Comprehensive Estate and Life Plan in Place Means You Can Breathe Easier And Just Follow The Steps
“ Having estate and life planning documents in place, along with preserving assets, and planning for the future with life and long term care insurance takes the pressure off of us or give us room to breathe. It's difficult to take meaningful action when we are struggling with a pandemic, losing a loved one or dealing with divorce, addiction or leaving our home because of wildfires. Having an estate and life plan in place means you can breathe easier in times of adversity and just follow the steps.”
Life & Differing-Ability Estate Planning
Helping individuals and families with varying degrees of wealth create a sustainable estate and life plan (Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts, etc.) to care for themselves and the people they love during normal times and time of hardship and crisis. Taxable Estate Planning is performed by working with a team of advisors such as an accountant and financial planner.
First Responder Estate Planning
Helping First Responders including Emotional First Responders put their own estate and life plan (Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts, etc.) in place so that they and their families are taken care allowing First Responders to focus on living a life of service.
intentional Family Legacy planning
Helping individuals and families leave more than money behind for their families, by helping them create a legacy statement, family care instruction book, and/or love message, so that family members and friends are guided and comforted when their loved ones are ill or die. These statements and instructions are given to all members of the professional team to incorporate into all aspects of planning.

I am a Colorado Native. I am a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado. I practiced law as a licensed attorney from 2002 until 2019, and provided law clerk, paralegal, consulting services, and trust protector services from 2019 until May 2024. For over five years, before attending law school in the evenings from 1997-2001 (and throughout law school), I worked for three large financial institutions, gaining years of extensive experience in complex compliance issues, anti-money laundering, white collar crime, complex federal regulations, and multiple legal issues related to investor accounts, and large transactions.
